We offer training course in a wide range of social work and social care related subjects including but not limited to: Social Work Legislation in Wales and the Role of the Social Worker Safeguarding (at all levels) Completing Analytical and Outcome based Social Work Assessments How to promote behavioural change Motivational Interviewing (beginners and subject specific - e.g. when working with domestic abuse perpetrators and victims, individuals experiencing poor MH, Substance misuse, working within front door CP SW teams - initial assessment stage) Effective Outcome based Goal Setting Effective outcome based and person-centred safety planning within the safeguarding context. Effective Multiagency Working Domestic Abuse (beginners, intermediate and advanced/specialist training) Direct working tools when working with children Overseas qualified Social Worker 'Everything you need to know about Social Work in Wales' training resources including an overview of Welsh legislation, understanding Welsh culture and political context, demographics in Wales and more! This is an excellent starter training pack and information for an overseas SW working in Wales for the first time. Direct working tools and approaches when discussing and assessing mental health of individuals. Having Difficult Conversations.
