We are an independent social work company that provides a wide range of independent social work assessments and training services for local authorities in England and Wales, private and third sector organisations. We have extensive experience in child protection social work assessments, Parenting and Form F assessments, SGO, Kinship, private family law court reports [child impact assessments, contact assessments] and have many other skills and experience.
Our ethos is 'Child First' as we believe that the child should remain central to all of our work and decision making. We also believe that individuals are the experts of their own lives and strive to assess need in a collaborative, respectful, transparent and professional manner. Relationship based social work is at the heart of everything we do!
We are highly trained Social Work practitioners in motivational interviewing, trauma informed practice, person-centred, strengths based practice, domestic abuse, substance misuse, mental health and much more! At Aspirations we pride ourselves on being first and foremost dedicated safeguarding practitioners and being skilled in engaging with a range of individuals who have complex needs. Our goal is to get the best outcome for the child and offering excellent standards of professionalism and social work practice assessing while helping take the pressure off your service.
As experienced practitioners we understand how the ever increasing demands on public service provision and the third sector organisations can create limited capacity within your service to meet these demands. Welcome to Aspirations independent social work services! We specialise in providing comprehensive assessments and no matter what you need we can undertake a wide range of work such as completing Form F, Parenting, SGO & kinship care assessments, specialist court reports and a lot more ensuring that every case receives meticulous attention.

Our trainers are not only social work qualified (at least 10+ years) but also specialised training and teaching qualified (post 16 PGCE) practitioners with over 25 years experience delivering training and teaching to large and smaller audiences/staff within various health and social care settings in Wales and UK.
We are highly trained and qualified child protection social workers with over 25 years experience working in the health and social care sector, training and education. At Aspirations we pride ourselves on achieving excellent outcomes for the organisation we undertake work for while remaining compassionate and child-centred in everything we do!
